Unfortunately Our Billing Panel has crashed and we are no longer able to access our Billing System which caused us to not be able to take Payments for Renewing services.
If your Service has expired you will need to look for another service as replacement as we are not able to bring back the service at this time.
We understand the inconvenience this has caused but due to issues out of our control we are not able to restore our server meaning we will be closing the service once active subscriptions expire.
For those with Active Subscriptions your service should still be working.
If you know your service is still active but you are not getting service please follow the troubleshooting steps below...
Please try restarting the router, modem, and firestick and see if that brings in your channels.
The account is active on our side so my guess is your app/device in not connecting to the server.
If you have a VPN running try turning it off and see if that helps.
Hopefully the restart of your equipment will work.

**Follow these steps exactly as below to get your service restored by doing a fresh app install...**
1. Clear Cache and Data from the app by going into the Device settings and finding the Hyve app and clearing cache and data and force close the app.
2. Once you have cleared the Cache and data then uninstall the app.
3. Then restart your router, modem, and Firestick.
